my lg joy hang at start screen

hello gys....i have problem here.

yesterday after i woke up  and try to start my joy..but my joy hang on the start screen with s-class icon.

then my phone cant get detcet by windowd mobile device........what can i do? can semoe one help me pls..until now still hang and cant be detected......myst i do the hard reset? but how?

how to hard reset? my phone hang at the last page of the cube.

have u install any keyboard application or something like that? press and hold down vol. key and camera botton together and the same time press reset botton. try it on or two times. may be ur prob will be sloved.
