Hidden Service Menu

You can access the Viewty Smart's hidden service menu by typing

1809#*900#

I note in the service menu that there's a Factory Reset option. Would this reset the phone to it's original firmware version it shipped with, or would this have no effect on this?

If not, is there any other possible way to revert the Viewty Smart back to it's original firmware version?

NO IT DONT TRIED THAT WHEN I HAD A PROB WITH THE SCREEN GOING BLANK WHEN CALLING STILL HAD ALL THE ORANGE PLAYER ETC, I DID ON THE OTHER HAND FLASH PROXI AND IT SORTED THE SCREEN PROBLEM, BUT IT ONLY WENT BLANK WHEN INDOORS OUTSIDE WAS FINE, STRANGE I KNOW. ANYWAY ALL GOOD SO FAR!!!

OH AND IF ANYTHING LIKE VIEWTY I SURE SOMEONE WILL COME UP WITH A WAY TO FLASH FIRMWARE BUT IT MAY CAUSE MORE PROBS THAN ITS WORTH. TOO MANY PEOPLE ENDED UP WITH A PRETTY PAPER WEIGHT WITHA YELLOW SCREEN.

if your screen went blank when you made calls after the reset is because you need to recalibrate the proximity sensor. Just go to Phone settings --> Proximity Calibration then start the calibration.

where is Proximity Calibration? i cant find it in phone settings...
